Positive Sound Massive Recordings is proud to present its first 7" in almost 7 years. Teaming up again, this new single finds Rocker-T. and Stand Out Selector, creating another amazing effort, featuring the blazing conscious vocals of Brooklyn's shining star Rocker-T. and a wicked new jump-up riddim created, mixed and mastered by Stand Out Selector and Rocker-T.

This is the first of a string of releases from "Western Edition", PSM's newest artist compilation due out in early 2001.   Many who have heard the single, already have likened "Prophets" to the team's first joint release, 1997's "Jah Everlasting," which charted nationally and internationally, and was heavily featured on PSM's 1998 artist compilation, "Time's Up" .

Again, Rocker mixes his Singjay / DJ style with a bass infused, uptempo riddim track, creating a hybrid for both the Dancehalls of Jamaica and the clubs and radio in the US and abroad. The B-side features a clean version that could feature any number of DJs or singers.

The track was created, voiced and mixed at Westside Chemical in San Francisco, CA and the mastering was done at Pyramind Sound in San Francisco as well. As PSM plans to voice other artists on this riddim, this track will be the flagship single and will be the only one available with a clean instrumental version. This enables DJs and producers to voice vocalists, or remix the track right on the spot. It will also allow vocalists who are looking for a new track to rock in the dance, the ability to drop this brand new "High-Tech" riddim into any current dancehall set. New music for a new Century.... Enjoy!!!

Feel free to contact PSM for ordering information. This 7" is available at Ernie B.'s Reggae, Flex Records, Ethopian Taste, Ambassador Music, Jammyland, and other fine reggae music retailers.
